Rich trained at the prestigious Ballymaloe Cookery School in County Cork Ireland. He will be preparing a delicious Quiche Lorraine followed by a scrumptious Lemon tart for dessert. You could be one of the lucky select winners to receive the ingredients supplied by Spinneys, all of which will be delivered right to your front door by Jeebly.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

Quiche Lorraine

For the pastry

• 175g plain flour
• 100g cold butter, cut into pieces
• 1 egg yolk

For the filling

• 200g turkey ham
• 50g cheese
• 200ml carton crème fraîche
• 200ml double cream
• 3 eggs, well beaten
• pinch ground nutmeg

Lemon Tart

For the pastry (makes double)

• 250 plain flour, plus extra for dusting
• 70g icing sugar
• 125g unsalted butter, cubed
• 2 egg yolks

For the filling

• 5 eggs
• 140g caster sugar
• 150ml double cream
• juice 2-3 lemon
• 2 lemon zest
