Owned by Mohammed Al Jabri, Al Jabri Farm in Ras Al Khaimah boasts over 800 date palms of several varieties and manages to produce a whopping 15,000 kilos of fruit – and not a single date is actually sold.
So where do they go? Straight to the people in need. That's right, charity is this sprawling property's sole purpose, so boxes upon boxes of dates are donated to the vulnerable. Turns out that Mohammed Al Jabri is not just a businessman, but a passionate philanthropist too. In fact, his generous donations have reportedly made it as far as places like Kerala and Karnataka in India.
