Would the week even be complete if another world record wasn't broken in Dubai? Hint: no. This time, the city just got a Guinness certification for the world’s deepest diving pool, complete with a ‘sunken city’.
Located at Deep Dive Dubai in Nad Al Sheba, the pool boasts a depth of 60.02 metres and contains a whopping 14 million litres of warm water.
Oh, and it already has a royal seal of approval.
Fazza is one of the first to explore the new attraction, posting a video of himself emerging from the underwater world on his Instagram account.
Elsewhere at Deep Dive Dubai, visitors can look forward to a dive shop, an 80-seat restaurant, and an advanced hyperbaric chamber – all launching before the year is up. Bookings for the general public will open later this month.
