Launched by Dubai Economy (read: it's entirely legit), the digital platform was created to regulate and manage the likes of raffle draws and scratch-and-win campaigns across the emirate, enabling users to enjoy several features and benefits. This includes instant prizes, winner announcements, scanning and winning e-coupons, and viewing the number of raffles participated in.The first-of-its-kind app is also open to merchants.
