Parkin, the largest provider of paid public parking facilities and services across Dubai, has announced it has entered into an agreement with a private developer for the exclusive provision of parking services at six locations in Dubai.
The agreement will add around 7,500 spaces to Parkin's portfolio.
The new lots, located in Al Sufouh Gardens, Arjan, Dubailand Residence Complex, Jaddaf Waterfront, Liwan 1&2, and Majan, will be operational from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday, with Parkin responsible for issuing fines for non-compliance with parking laws and regulations.
The company will manage the spaces for four years, with operations expected to be in place by the end of July.
The agreement boosts the total of private developer spaces managed by Parkin to 17,500.
