Selena Gomez has had to cancel her upcoming concert in Dubai due to illness. The pop star had been in the midst of her Revival world tour, and had been due to perform in Dubai on November 18 at the Autism Rocks Arena. The 24-year-old suffers from the autoimmune disease, Lupus. Organisers say they understand the decision and her need to take care of her health, and look forward to announcing a new date in the future.
