On Saturday, 7 November, the Hilton Fire & Feast BBQ Showdown takes over Wavebreaker at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah for an unforgettable beachfront celebration of fire, flavour and all things barbecue.

Six internationally acclaimed pitmasters will go head-to-head, bringing BBQ traditions from around the world to one spectacular showdown. From Middle Eastern smokehouse flavours and South African braai to British barbecue, Spanish fire-cooking and Australian grilling, expect a feast of global flavours and serious grilling talent.
