The UAE’s passion for eating out is convincing many operators to expand. One such entity is the Dubai-based Lime Tree Cafe, which has completed 15 years in business. It’s now planning the launch of a new outlet this year, and a tie-up with the online food delivery firm Deliveroo. Lime Tree Cafe’s managing partner Corinne Bowker says Dubai offers the right platform to grow your idea in a challenging environment.
