Creators HQ, the UAE’s first content creator hub, has teamed up with YouTube to launch the first-ever YouTube Academy in the Middle East and North Africa.

The initiative aims to empower content creators across the region and strengthen the UAE’s position as a global hub for creativity and innovation.

The Academy will offer advanced workshops, training programmes and expert-led sessions to help creators sharpen their skills in content production, data analysis and audience engagement while building sustainable careers on the platform.

Javid Aslanov, YouTube’s Head of MENA, said the region’s creators are “the future of entertainment,” and the collaboration will ensure they have the tools to thrive.

Alia AlHammadi, Vice Chairperson of the UAE Government Media Office, added that the initiative supports the country’s content economy and helps build a vibrant creative community.

The new Academy will also explore future initiatives, including AI-powered content training and strategies to expand the global reach of Arabic content.
