Samsung has announced that it’s halting the production of all Galaxy Note 7 smartphones. It’s come because the manufacturer has failed to correct a problem that was causing the phones to burst into flames. On Monday all telecom carriers and retailers were told to stop selling the device. A global recall of 2.5 million of the devices was launched in August.
