Jimmy Carr will headline two shows as part of the Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) festival.

The comic, who will visit the UAE for the first time, will perform on August 13-14 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

"I can’t wait to visit Dubai next month as part of Dubai Summer Surprises. This will be the first time I perform for my UAE followers and hope that everyone is ready for a laugh during these strange times!" says Jimmy.

Jimmy has sold over 400,000 tickets throughout Europe over the past eighteen months and is highly regarded in the Comedy circle.

Organisers said all latest COVID-19 Health and Safety guidelines will be followed, and will be explained in detail when tickets go on sale next week.

"Challenging moments in history have always driven ingenuity and innovation," says Girish Bhat, Done Events Managing Director. "Our vision is to respond genuinely to the customers’ needs and make an impact during these difficult times."
