Lori Loughlin pleads not guilty in US college admissions case

Actress Lori Loughlin has entered a not guilty plea to two conspiracy charges in the college admissions scandal.

Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, also waived their right to appear in court for an arraignment hearing.

The couple is accused of paying $500,000 to a fake charity to get their two daughters admitted to the University of Southern California.

They are among 33 parents who prosecutors say paid bribes to help get their children into prominent universities.
