Robert Pattinson 'tests positive for COVID-19', halts 'Batman' filming

Actor Robert Pattinson has reportedly tested positive for COVID-19, halting production of the film 'The Batman'.

In a statement, Warner Bros said that "a member of The Batman production" had tested positive for the coronavirus, without revealing the name of the person affected.

However, sources cited by Vanity Fair and the Hollywood Reporter, confirmed it is Pattinson.

"Filming is temporarily paused," the statement from the Hollywood studio added.

The production had resumed work near London following the coronavirus lockdown.
