The death toll from the volcanic eruption in New Zealand has risen to 17.
Police say the latest victim died in hospital in Auckland on Sunday.
Meanwhile, two people remain missing - authorities believe they were swept out to sea.
There were 47 people, mainly Australian tourists, on White Island when it erupted on December 9.
As may as 25 people are in hospital, with many in a critical condition.
