Saudi Arabia’s General Directorate of Civil Defence says emergency teams responded on Wednesday to falling debris from an intercepted ballistic missile over a residential area in Riyadh.
Four Asian residents were injured, and minor material damage was reported.
In a statement carried by the Saudi Press Agency, the directorate said targeting civilian areas is a clear violation of international humanitarian law, adding that standard emergency protocols were implemented immediately.
