Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal will now meet at SW19 for the first time since they played each other in an epic final in 2008.
Nadal eased past America's Sam Querrey 7-5 6-2 6-2, while Federer beat Kei Nishikori in four sets.
The win was his 100th at the All England Club.
Meanwhile, world number one Novak Djokovic was in imperious form as he crushed David Goffin in three sets.
He'll face 2018 Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championship winner Roberto Bautisa Agut in Friday's other semi-final.
