David Warner (107) struck his first international century since returning from his ball-tampering suspension, and Finch hit 82 to help set up the win.
Pakitan's top-scorer was opener Imam-ul-Haq (53), while their fast bowler Mohammad Amir registered career-best figures of 5-30.
For Australia, Pat Cummins was the most successful bowler with figures of 3-33, while Mitchell Starc and Kane Richardson took two wickets each.
