Everton are through to the semi-finals of the Emirates FA Cup, after beating Chelsea 2-0. Romelu Lukaku scored twice late on against his former club, in a dramatic finish which saw both sides reduced to 10 men. The Belgian striker broke the deadlock in superb fashion in the 77th minute, powering past four defenders before sliding a finish under Chelsea ‘keeper Thibaut Courtois. He added a second five minutes later with a low drive, before Diego Costa was sent off after receiving a second yellow card. However, the Spanish striker could also face retrospective punishment, after footage appeared to show him biting Blues midfielder, Gareth Barry, who himself saw red for two bookable offences. Everton join Crystal Palace in the last four, after they overcame Championship side, Reading, 2-0 on Friday night. The remaining two quarter-final ties take place later on, with Arsenal hosting Watford at 17:30 UAE time, before Manchester United welcome West Ham United to Old Trafford at 20:00.
