Football Association Chairman Greg Dyke says "we'll all shoot ourselves" if England don't qualify from their group in the Euro 2016 knockout stages. Roy Hodgson's side were last month drawn in Group B with Wales, Russia and Slovakia, and at least two teams will progress from each group. Dyke also added that Hodgson's contract past Euro 2016 will depend on how they perform at the tournament.
