Cristiano Ronaldo gave Juventus the lead after 28 minutes, but the visitors scored a goal each in either half to register a 3-2 aggregate victory.
In Tuesday’s other clash, Barcelona thrashed Manchester United 3-0 in the Nou Camp to reach the semi-finals 4-0 on aggregate.
Lionel Messi struck twice for Barca, while Philippe Coutinho scored the third goal.
