Heavyweights post wins in Champions League

Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Chelsea registered big wins in the Champions League on Tuesday. Luis Suarez and Lionel Messi scored twice as Barca thrashed the Italian side Roma 6-1. Munich defeated Olympiakos 4-0, while Chelsea beat Maccabi 4-0 to close in on the last-16 stage. Meanwhile, Arsenal still have a chance of advancing to the knockout round. A 3-0 victory at home to Dinamo Zagreb means the Gunners will progress if they win by two clear goals away to Olympiakos next month. In tonight’s action, Juventus host Manchester City, Real Madrid head to Shakhtar Donetsk, Manchester United take on PSV and PSG head to Malmo.
