Inaugural Abu Dhabi Run and Ride to take place in February

The first-ever Abu Dhabi Run and Ride will take place on February 18, the Abu Dhabi Sports Council announced.

A fitness village will also be set up ahead of the event from February 15-18, featuring a diverse range of fitness classes for participants of all ages and abilities.

Attendees can look forward to engaging in activities such as yoga, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), spine exercises, and more. For younger participants, there will be a variety of kids' activities, including arts and crafts, face painting, and other entertaining endeavours.

Both events take place at Abu Dhabi Corniche and showcase ADSC’s commitment to promoting a healthy and active lifestyle within the community.
