Smith hit 73 off 51 deliveries as they won by six wickets at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. The Gladiators set a victory target of 175 with Ahmed Shehzad smashing 64 and Kumar Sangakkara hitting 55, but it wasn’t enough, with United taking victory with 8 balls to spare.
