Manchester City, Everton and Stoke are through to the last four of the League Cup. City romped to a 4-1 win over Hull at the Etihad Stadium, with Wilfried Bony, Kelechi Iheanachoa and Kevin de Bruyne (2) finding the net. Everton overcame Middlesborough, with Gerard Deulofeu scoring a stunning opener after 20 minutes, dribbling past two defenders before firing home. Romelu Lukaku then doubled the Blues lead eight minutes later with a header. Stoke reached their first semi-final in the competition since 1972, when they won the trophy, as goals from Ibrahim Afellay and Phil Bardsley took them past Sheffield Wednesday. Liverpool travel to Southampton tonight for the remaining quarter-final tie, with kick-off at 23:45 UAE time.
