Liverpool to face Atletico Madrid in Champions League last-16

Liverpool are set to return to the scene of their 2019 Champions League triumph after being drawn against Atletico Madrid. in the draw for the last-16.

They are in the draw for the last 16.

The six-time winners will travel to the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium for the first leg, before heading back to Anfield for the return leg.

Their Premier League rivals Manchester City will also be travelling to the Spanish capital to face Real Madrid in the knockout stages.

There are also two ties between English and German sides as Chelsea meet Bayern Munich and Tottenham are up against RB Leipzig.

Elsewhere, Barcelona take on Napoli, Atalanta clash with Valencia and Borussia Dortmund were drawn against Paris Saint-Germain.
