Lionel Messi helped Barcelona to a 2-1 win against Sevilla last night and also reached the 30-goal mark in La Liga for the eighth season on the bounce. Sevilla took the lead through Vitolo, only for Messi to equalise with a superb free-kick ten minutes later. Gerard Pique then scored from close-range to make it 2-1 and extend Barca’s unbeaten run to 34 games. Luis Enrique’s side are now eight points clear in La Liga.
