NFL: No “Deflategate” appeal until 2016

Tom Brady is all-but guaranteed to be available for the New England Patriots for the whole NFL season. It’s after a court ruled that an appeal in the “Deflategate” case can’t be heard until February. The league had given Brady a four game ban for tampering with ball pressure before last season’s AFC championship game against the Colts, a decision that was then overturned by a US District Court The quarterback has been influential in the Patriots 3-0 start to the season, as they look to retain their Super Bowl crown.
