Russia says the International Association Athletics Federation (IAAF) is punishing them in order to divert attention from its own failings. That’s according to the acting head of Russia's Athletics Federation, who’s spoken out after the athletic's world governing body voted overwhelmingly to suspend the Russian group. There have been allegations of widespread and state-sponsored doping by the country, which many believe will cost them their place at next year's Olympic Games in Rio. The accusations come from a special commission of the World Anti-Doping Agency.
