Authorities in Dubai are warning of tough action against outlets that don’t follow the rules related to the partial reopening of commercial activities.
They have already shut down 17 salons (10 men's and 7 women's salons) and a store in the fruits and vegetables market for not complying with the precautionary measures.
The closures have been ordered by the Municipality in collaboration with the Department of Economic Development, but they have not revealed the exact nature of offences.
Several categories of commercial establishments have been allowed to reopen in the emirate but they are required to follow the health and safety guidelines.
