The UAE has confirmed 2,291 new cases of COVID-19 from 459,244 tests in the past 24 hours.
Another 1,014 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 776,186.
One patient has died, taking the total number of fatalities to 2,240.
A total of 843,030 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 64,604 are currently active.
