Seven establishments have been shut down by Dubai Municipality for not complying with COVID-19 precautionary measures.
Four shisha cafes in Karama were closed for overcrowding, while two laundries in Dubai Investments Park and Al Souq Al Kabeer were pulled up for violating health and safety guidelines.
A salon in Muhaisnah 1 was also shut down, while three outlets were fined and warnings were issued to 27 others.
The latest round of inspections covered a total of 2,294 establishments.
