Dubai’s office market is showing signs of stability following a period of strong growth. That’s according to the Cluttons 2015/16 Winter Dubai Commercial Market Outlook report, which says that average rents have not changed across the city’s major submarkets and free zones. Faisal Durrani, head of research at Cluttons says while occupier activity is down in comparison to last year, limited amount of office stock has put pressure on rents in key locations and buildings.
