Dubai to get new hospital for heart and lung care

A new hospital to treat heart and lung diseases will soon be set up in Dubai Healthcare City Phase 2.

The Prime Heart and Lung Hospital will also have a specialised centre for oncology.

Once completed, the 100-bed hospital will offer a wide range of non-invasive and invasive diagnostic procedures and utilise cutting-edge AI technologies in surgical and therapeutic services.

It will also cover a wide range of disciplines including urology, nephrology, gynecology, gastroenterology, neurosurgery, spinal surgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery, among others.

The agreement for the new healthcare facility was signed between the Dubai Healthcare City Authority (DHCA) and Prime Healthcare Group on day two of Arab Health 2022.
