Pakistan PM arrives in UAE on two-day state visit

Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has arrived in the UAE on a two-day state visit.

The Pakistani leader was received by UAE's Minister of Economy Abdullah bin Touq Al-Marri at the Abu Dhabi Airport.

Taking to Twitter, Sharif said talks focussed on "resolving and understanding" the efforts needed to "further strengthen trade, investment and economic relations".

My visit to the UAE is aimed at building on the conversation I have had with H.H. President Sheikh @MohamedBinZayed. We share a resolve & understanding that the continuous efforts need to be made to further strengthen trade, investment & economic relations.
