As many as 49,079 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in the UAE in the past 24 hours.
The total number of doses provided so far stands at 17,037,618 with a distribution rate of 172.26 doses per 100 people.
Around 71.71 per cent of the UAE population is fully vaccinated, while 80.10 per cent has received the first dose.
