The UAE and Saudi Arabia have pledged more than AED 734 million worth of relief assistance for Yemen.
Officials say the funds will be distributed in the coming weeks leading up to the Holy Month of Ramadan.
More than half of the money will be allocated to food aid and distribution.
Funds will also be focused on helping malnourished children as well as pregnant and nursing women.
"The situation in Yemen continues to be difficult, and the UAE and Saudi Arabia are, through joint efforts, trying to eliminate the humanitarian suffering of Yemenis," said Reem bint Ibrahim Al Hashemy, Minister of State for International Cooperation.
"This is not just about money, it also has to be about hope. For aid to be effective, it has to be transparent and non-discriminatory, and our aid goes to all parties."
The UAE has joined other Arab countries and major regional organisations in issuing a joint statement strongly condemning remarks by the US ambassador to Israel, suggesting it would be acceptable for Israel to exercise control over occupied Arab territories, including the West Bank.
The UAE and Belgium held the third round of political consultations in Abu Dhabi, exploring avenues to further expand non-oil trade, foster private sector partnerships and enhance investment in key sectors like energy and advanced tech.
The Mother of the Nation Endowment for Orphans initiative has received a contribution of AED100 million from Erth Zayed Philanthropies following the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Deputy Prime Minister.
Bahrain's Royal Humanitarian Foundation has dispatched a 100-tonne urgent relief shipment to the Gaza Strip in coordination with the UAE's Operation Chivalrous Knight 3 and the Emirates Red Crescent.
