The UAE has offered its condolences to Pakistan after a fire at a shopping mall in Karachi killed at least 21 people and left more than 60 missing.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) expressed its solidarity and sympathy to the victims' families, the government, and the people of Pakistan.
The city's biggest fire in over a decade started late on Saturday at Gul Plaza, which houses around 1,200 shops in a multi-storey building, with the fire raging for more than 24 hours before it was mostly extinguished, according to Reuters.
