The UAE has pledged AED 36.7 million to help reconstruct some of the Turkish regions that were affected by wildfires and floods recently.
The move follows the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
In August, Turkey's southwestern region was hit by massive wildfires, while floods ravaged the country's northern parts.
The UAE has expressed its solidarity with the Turkish people in these exceptional circumstances.
