President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan held talks with Turkish foreign minister Hakan Fidan to explore ways to further enhance bilateral ties.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed regional and international developments, emphasising the importance of promoting peace and stability in the Middle East.
Fidan relayed President Erdogan’s greetings and best wishes to the UAE. Sheikh Mohamed also conveyed his regards to President Erdogan, expressing hopes for Turkey’s continued prosperity.
The UAE and Turkey have seen a rapid expansion of economic and investment partnership, with UAE investments in the country exceeding $6 billion. Meanwhile, Turkish investments in the UAE surpassed $3 billion.
