Schools in the UAE are planning alternative teaching arrangements as they gear up for a four-week long closure.
But it’s too early to say whether they will provide fee refunds or additional classes to compensate for the hours lost.
Alan Williamson, CEO of the schools’ operator Taleem, shared this update with ARN News.
The ministry of education announced the month-long break as part of efforts to limit the spread of COVID-19.
Public schools will be running a home learning initiative during the period, while some private institutions are also planning the same.
