UAE strongly condemns terrorist attack in Iraq

The UAE has strongly condemned the terrorist attack on an army base in the Iraqi province of Diyala, that left 11 soldiers dead and several more injured.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MoFAIC) said the UAE rejected all forms of violence and terrorism that aim to destabilise security and stability of the region.

The authority also expressed its sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to all the injured.
