A new smart map of Abu Dhabi will drive economic development while helping preserve the local environment.
The initiative is aimed at identifying biologically rich ecosystems and the services they provide to the indigenous environment.
The map will also carry out an economic valuation of these services.
Phase one will be completed next month while phase two is expected to be finished by the third quarter of 2020.
