Dubai's First-Time Home Buyer Programme has helped more than 3,200 residents purchase their first homes in the emirate since its launch in July last year.
The initiative, which is open to UAE residents aged 18 and above who do not already own a freehold home in Dubai, has generated residential property transactions worth more than AED 5 billion.
Launched by the Dubai Land Department in partnership with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, the programme aims to make homeownership more accessible and encourage long-term residency in the emirate.
In its latest phase, nine new developers have joined the programme, bringing the total number of participating developers to 22.
The initiative is also supported by five banks offering financing solutions for eligible buyers.
Officials say the programme is helping more residents take their first step onto the property ladder, while supporting Dubai's vision of creating a sustainable, resident-focused property market and strengthening its appeal as a global destination to live, work and invest.
