As many as 950 accidents were recorded on Dubai’s roads during the Eid Al Adha holidays.

Speeding, tailgating and sudden lane changing were the main causes of these incidents that were reported over a three-day period.

Dubai Police also received more than 28,000 phone calls on their emergency hotline during the holidays.

Officials have once again urged the public to dial 999 only for emergency cases and to use 901 for general enquiries.
