The UAE’s foreign minister has joined talks to send humanitarian aid to Yemen. His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan recently held a meeting with his counterparts from Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Yemen and the heads of humanitarian groups. The discussion focused on coordinating efforts and increasing efficiency in providing assistance to the Yemeni people. The foreign ministers expressed their commitment to help bring stability and prosperity in Yemen. The country has been hit with a number of tragedies caused by internal conflict. Early on Tuesday, a hotel was hit by rockets and grenades, resulting in an unconfirmed number of deaths.
