UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has congratulated Narendra Modi on becoming India's longest-serving Prime Minister.
In a post on social media platform X, Sheikh Mohamed expressed wished the Indian leader "continued success in driving India’s ongoing progress".
He said looked "forward to further strengthening our Comprehensive Strategic Partnership for the benefit of our nations and people".

Modi, who was elected to the office in 2014, reached the milestone with an unbroken tenure of 4,399 days. He surpasses India's first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru.
