The UAE has successfully carried out a maritime rescue operation in the Red Sea.

UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has met with Syrian President Ahmad Al-Sharaa during his working visit to the UAE.

The Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) has fined three exchange houses a total of AED 4.1 million for failing to comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations.

The diplomatic advisor to the UAE President, Anwar Gargash, said the Middle East has an opportunity to "turn a new page" and become a prosperous region. 

The UAE has expressed its solidarity with the US after the "devastating" floods in the state of Texas, which killed dozens of people, left many missing, and caused significant material damage.

Authorities in the UAE have denied reports circulating on social media that investors in digital currencies were being granted golden visas.
